      青岛春明调味品有限公司始建于一九九一年,是一家集科研、生产、销售和服务于一体的综合性企业实体,注册资本5000万元。公司成立三十年,主要生产经营“春明” 牌腐乳、酱腌菜、调味料、酱油醋、马铃薯雪花粉、花生制品等六大系列260多个产品。
      公司占地40万平方米,建筑面积26万平方米,拥有10个自动化生产车间并配套完整的管理体系,严格执行食品生产要求,不断加大车间自动化设备投入,引进先进的管理理念,加大生产产能,满足市场需求,其中春明牌豆腐乳年生产量达到6600吨、花生酱、芝麻酱产品年生产量达到1800吨、虾酱年生产量达到1000吨、香菇牛肉酱年生产量达到800吨、火锅调料年生产量达到500吨;公司先后通过ISO90001、ISO22000体系认证、HACCP食品安全认证、清真食品认证、FDA认证、出口食品生产企业备案证明及SC生产许可证认证。
 公司致力打造“中国健康调味品,传承山东味道”,同江南大学、青岛大学等高校实行技术联合,充分依托大专院校的人才和科技优势,成立了“专家工作站”,有专门的研发及检测中心,技术中心被评为“山东省级企业技术中心”,先后开发了海带酱油、海带醋、秋葵腐乳、纳豆腐乳、冰糖豆花等40多种新产品,并获得各项专利11件(其中发明专利7件),积极承担参与了4项山东省地方标准的制定。为公司新产品研发、产品的质量稳定提供有力保障。
