大家好！欢迎和我们一起来参观春明集团，首先映入我们眼帘的是春明公司的鸟瞰图，公司始建于一九九一年，是一家集科研、生产、销售和服务于一体的综合性企业实体，注册资本5000万元。公司占地40万平方米，建筑面积26万平方米，拥有10个自动化生产车间并配套完整的管理体系，这次我们会重点向大家介绍七个自动化车间：马铃薯全粉车间、腐乳车间、米酒车间、花生酱车间、酱菜车间、腌制池、豆花车间等。
Hello everyone! Let’s visit Chunming Group together. The first thing that catches our eye is the aerial view of Chunming Company. Founded in 1991, the company is a comprehensive enterprise entity integrating scientific research, production, sales and service, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company covers an area of 400,000 square meters, construction area of 260,000 square meters, owns 10 automatic production workshop and complete management system, this time we will focus on introduce seven automation workshop: potato powder workshop, fermented bean curd workshop, all rice wine workshop, peanut butter, pickles vwg workshop workshop, pickled pool, tofu pudding workshop, etc.
我们先来参观一下我们园区吧，现在所在的位置是公司正门，青岛春明食品集团欢迎您，左侧是我们的两座办公楼，一座是我们的办公场所，另一座是我们电商服务中心。我们从正门进入我们园区内部，这些就是我们的生产加工车间，这里有我们一处园区景观，既美化环境又陶冶情操，逢节假日我们会打开喷泉，景色很是好看。这是我们的另一座厂房，这部分是我们的腌制区、冷藏库及保税库。

     我们先到办公中心看一下吧，我们的办公中心共三层，有企业文化长廊、展厅、化验室、会议室及我们的办公场所。我们先来看我们的企业文化长廊，公司以“为消费者生产放心、安全健康食品”为已任，努力打造百年企业。

为了更好的把控产品质量，公司设有独立的技术研发中心，该技术中心被评为“山东省省级企业技术中心”，公司和各个院校合作，成立专家工作站。

我们现在去我们加工车间看一下吧，先进入我的马铃薯全粉车间，马铃薯全粉项目集良种培育、规模种植、农资供应、市场流通、仓储物流、加工增值为一体的全产业链，补齐了良种培育、产品加工的两个短板，并且占据了全产业链的两个最高点，切实促进了一、二、三产深度融合。

公司引进国内先进的全粉生产线，年可加工土豆6万吨，马铃薯全粉的加工流程：有机马铃薯→清洗→蒸汽去皮→干刷去皮→清洗分拣→切片清洗→漂烫冷却→蒸煮→制泥输送→滚筒干燥→破碎筛选→收集除尘→成品包装。

现在去我们的腐乳车间看一下，我们看到的是我们腐乳包装车间，公司采购先进的全自动磨浆、压榨、排胚、清洗、旋盖备、干燥及贴标设备，大大的降低了人工成本及提升了产品的品质。公司现有香腐乳、辣腐乳、红腐乳、青腐乳、秋葵腐乳和纳豆腐乳六款，多个包装规格，公司产品现已和香港等客户达成长期合作意向。公司的产品已走出国门，走入更多消费者的家中。

现在看到的是花生酱加工车间，首先是花生酱原料的挑拣线，采购设备加人工挑拣的方式，保证花生酱原料的质量。经过输送带，我们的花生进入了磨浆车间，采购全自动的磨浆设备，更好的保留了花生的原汁原味和营养，花生酱的品感更加的香醇。磨好的浆经过管道被输送到了包装车间，在这里根据客户的不同需求，花生酱被包装成不同的包装规格，340克、400克、5KG、25KG等等，包装好的花生酱会被我们储存在公司的仓库里，随时等待被送到他的主人手中。

下面进入我们酱菜加工车间，公司现在酱菜约20多个品种，公司有芥头、萝卜等原料种植基地，保证原料的安全、健康。为了更好的进行原料的处理，公司又新投资建设腌制区，采用行吊进行原料的装卸，大大提高工作效率及降低工人的工作强度。每种原料分开存放，保证原料无交叉。原料在腌制池内满足工艺要求的时间后，会运往我们的加工车间。这是我们的酱菜包装车间，原料经过清洗等一系列严格的工序，经过全自加工设备的包装，更加保证了产品的质量，大大的提高了生产加工效率，让我们的产品订单可以在客户订货的第一时间得到及时配送。这是我们的巴氏杀菌线，在保证产品口感的前提下，将产品进行严格的杀菌。产品杀菌后，我们会有专门的工作人员将产品进行检验、装箱，保证我们所生产的每款产品都是合格品。公司现在干海带丝、鲜海带丝、芥丝、萝卜块、玫瑰大头菜等多个不同规格的产品。

This is our pasteurization line, under the premise of ensuring the taste of the product, the product will be strict sterilization. After sterilizing the products, we will have special staff to inspect and pack the products to ensure that every product we produce is qualified. 我们现在来到了仓储中心、保税库及冷藏库。公司仓储中心面积为15000平方米，内有我们代理的各类名优产品及我们的自有产品。集团子公司青岛春明物流有限公司是一家集仓储服务、商贸流通、普通货运、货物运输、连锁超市、物流配送为一体的现代综合性商贸流通企业，公司被商务部确定为“万村千乡市场工程”龙头企业。仓储中心配备先进ERP管理系统及专业的管理人员，保证产品的存储、配送及时及0误差。
这是我们的冷藏库，冷藏库有低温库和冷冻库，面积约12000平方米，保证公司原料存储的同时为周边的客户提供全方位的服务。
